Ah, another
pic of me as a kid... Pre-teenager anyway. This is from another trip to Florida
my dad could probably tell me all about... Kenedy space center I think... One
of the spcae places in Florida anyway. they had a Saturn V broken into stages
and all sorts of neat stuff including this thruster.
I remeber driving there and encountering rain like I'd never experienced before...
pale blue sky and sheets of stinging water.
I recall my dad being off balance in the star room, because one of his eyes
was affected by the UV light. and thankfully he didn't let me get any dehydrated
icecream :) He did get a couple of really cool US flag pattern pressurised Space
pens tho... Mine got used heavily and is still in a box somewhere with other
half broken childhood memories.
